Do you find yourself always thinking about work?
Are mornings, afternoons and evenings all blurring into one?
Is it almost impossible to focus?
Don’t Worry,
It’s Not Just You.
Working from home is challenging, particularly in these exceptional times.
The lack of distinction between work life and personal life takes a toll. Even the most devout adherents of work life balance are struggling to keep the two separate.
This leads to burnout.
A poll found that 69% of employees1 are currently experiencing burnout symptoms while working from home.
And it doesn’t just affect work. Our relationships, sleep, leisure time and self care habits are all negatively impacted by burnout.
Women Experience Greater Stress Working from Home
Working from home leaves women especially vulnerable.
Research has shown women experience greater stress and anxiety2 working from home than men do. Women are also more likely to feel the burden of caring for children by themselves.
So, it’s important women take extra time to look after themselves and practice self care. This is where Reignite comes in.

I thought I am not suffering from burnout, and I am so busy I can’t really commit to a 4-hour workshop, how self-indulgent.
I am SO glad I joined! The event was wonderful, uplifting & like therapy, it was jam-packed with nuggets of gold. I was hooked and stayed on like glue, and kept learning things.
Loved when Tamara interviewed the ex-Olympian, such great life lessons. And I absolutely LOVED LOVED the energy changing habits, that guy was on fire!

I loved that the event included a variety of speakers from different backgrounds and areas of expertise, as well as the resources provided during and after the event.
Not only beneficial for maintaining my own mental wellbeing but also passing that onto the rest of my team, particularly the women I work with.
I’d recommend it to anyone experiencing burnout or disengagement, particularly managers and HR professionals. Often these people have been busy making sure other employees are happy and productive during COVID but there’s usually no one making sure these managers are coping.

I loved the discussion of working with your cycle. A topic I’ve become interested in over the last year or so. Loved hearing from more experienced women who have been in the industry for a while, reaffirms my belief in working with your cycle.
I would recommend this event to anyone who doesn’t have a basic understanding of the signs of burnout, or who thrive on filling every second of their day, or are trapped in a mindset of “the more I work, the more I’ll be valued”.
